How to Cancel an Order

At ProCare Health, we strive to process and ship your orders as quickly as possible so you can stay consistent with your nutrition. Because our team works diligently to fulfill orders Monday through Friday, there is a very small window of time to cancel an order once it has been placed.

How to Request a Cancellation

Due to the speed of our shipping process, order cancellations can only be handled by our customer service representatives.
If you need to cancel an order, please reach out to us immediately through one of the following methods:

  • Call us: Dial 877-822-5808. We are available Monday–Friday, 8am–5pm Central Time. If no one is available to take your call, please leave a voicemail so we can assist you.
  • Email us: Contact support@procarenow.com with your order number as soon as possible.
  • Send a Chat Message: Send us your name and order number via our chat to let us know your wishes.

Please have your order number ready so we can assist you quickly!


Important: Orders vs. Subscriptions

Please note that canceling an individual order does not cancel a recurring subscription. If you wish to stop future shipments please state that as well. A reason for the cancellation must be provided.
Manage Online: You are also able to manage your subscription online at any time. Through your account portal, you can swap products, adjust ship dates, or update your preferences to better fit your needs.
